With due respect, I beg most respectfully to state that I am Rabeya Akter and student of BBA
program in IUBAT. I have submitted my proposal as partial fulfillment of the course ART
203, the topic of Training and development system of Nuvista pharmaceutical Ltd It was
excellent opportunity for me to work on this topic to actualize my theoretical Knowledge in
the practical area.To make this Report up to the standard I have tried my best to fulfill the
requirements, by implementing the knowledge I have collected for this proposal.

Background and goals

Nuvista Pharma Limited has been operating in Bangladesh since 1964 as Organon
(Bangladesh) which was a subsidiary of Organon International, the human healthcare
business unit of Akzo Nobel, based in the Netherlands. Effective July 1, 2006 Organon
International announced that its interests in Organon (Bangladesh) Ltd. would be divested
and effective December 2006, the name of the company would be changed. Every day we
work to create a healthier society through quality medicine.
Proposal Plan
This project which is entitled as Training and development system of Nuvista
pharmaceutical Ltd is talking about the training and development of human resource. In the
process of conducting this project I would like to express my gratitude and respect to some
respectable person for their enormous help and giant support. The main purpose of this
project is to qualified or experienced employee.

I have got from this research of data which provide the primary and secondary sources.

Nuvista Pharma Limited has a long history and a strong heritage. It is steeped in tradition and
culture. From this stems the Companys uncompromising dedication to quality.
