The conference venue is at Hall A1 in JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta Indonesia
The coference begins on Thursday noon and will end on Saturday afternoon.
Conference Program
The scientific program of the conference is attached below. The program consists of plenary sessions in
Thursday and Friday, parallel sessions in the noon of Thusday to Friday, a poster session on every coffee
break/lunch session in program. The conference is preceded by talkshow from LIPI on Saturday (optional
for conference participant) delivered in Indonesian.
Registration desk and conferece secretariat
Starting on Thursday, the secretariat desk will be open at the following hours:

Upon registration at the desk, you will receive your badge, vouchers for your lunches, and conference
materials. To facilitate the process please bring with you your Invitation Letter and Proof of Payment (If you
already paid for early bird registration). You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all events of the
conference.

A message board will be located in front of the conference secretariat desk.

Instruction for speakers
The scheduled times shown in the program include 3 min discussion time.
Only digital material will be allowed for oral presentations.
The talk can be directly send to secretariat email (icampn@nano.or.id). Alternatively, bring your talk, either
PPT or PDF, on a USB memory to registration desk who are in charge for the preview and upload
operations. Please make sure to upload your talk or bring for preview not later than 7 pm of the day
preceding your talk. Be sure to embed all non-standard fonts in the PPT (PDF) file. Mac users must provide
PDF files because the slides will be projected with PCs.
Poster session
A poster session is scheduled for every lunch and coffee break session of program. The dimensions of the
posters are A0 size (1189 mm x 841 mm). Please check with the Conference secretariat upon arrival for
your poster board number.
Proceedings
Selected Paper for Proceedings of 3rd ICAMPN will either be published by Elsevier in Material Science
Procedia or TransTech in Advanced Material Research. A copy of the Proceedings will be sent to each
conference participant immediately after publication.
Instructions for preparing your manuscript for 3rd ICAMPN Proceedings will be posted on the conference
webpage .
