Those who are fortunate enough to be Reiki channels can divide life into 2 parts.
One before the Reiki master attunement and another after the attunement. My
life has changed drastically after master attunement. My teachers advice was to
connect as much as possible to the Usui master symbol, communicate to it,
meditate upon it and that is what would be the true essence of the attunement.

Meaning of Dai Ko Myo or the Reiki Usui Master Symbol

The master symbol is comprised of 3 parts in the form of 3 Kanji characters which
is also the chant or mantra connected with the symbol. The symbol is used by a
master while attuning the student at all levels right from the rst level. However
it is taught only at the third level. The true essence of the symbol is much more
than just mastership. It is about empowerment, nding your inner master and
walking on the path of light while illuminating yourself.
Ascended Masters
I had my divine meeting with ascended masters when I rst purchased the
Ascended Masters Oracle cards deck by Doreen Virtue. In fact, it was the rst
oracle cards deck ever purchased by me much before I started reading oracle
cards on a regular basis. And as I always say, that deck chose me.

Ascended Masters are the divine enlightened beings in the form of great spiritual
teachers, healers, loving leaders who incarnated on the earth plane as human
beings to help the human race evolve and teach them about unique purposes like

compassion, unconditional love, patience,

faith, empowerment, and healing. They are
known by various names like highly evolved
souls, illuminated ones or the elect.
The 7 Rays and the Masters:
There are 7 spiritual rays signifying 7
qualities on the spiritual path. Each ray has
a distinct quality and depending on what
your life purpose or calling is, every
individual will be drawn to a particular ray.
Every ray has along with archangels, an
ascended master who is called as Chohan of that particular ray. They teach us
what it means to follow the qualities of a particular ray. In addition to the seven
rays, there is an eighth ray which integrates all the qualities of the 7 rays. One
has to master the 7 rays in order to reach the eighth ray.

Ostiris, Melchizedek, Kuthumi all were Ascended Masters and came here to help
us all ascend.
A quick meditation to connect to the Ascended Masters or channelise
messages from them:
Find a quiet place where you wont be disturbed.
Perhaps put a DND sign so that you wont be interrupted.
Light a candle or play soft instrumental music or OM chant if you wish to.
Keep a pen and paper handy for any messages.
Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
Now activate the Master symbol and chant it 3 times.
Activate the distance symbol and chant its name 3 times.
Using the distance symbol, connect to the Ascended Masters.
You may say things like Reiki energy please connect me to the
Ascended Masters.
You may receive messages from the masters or get some guidance.
Write them down on the paper.
You may simply feel a deep sense of peace.
Repeat this exercise once a week, it will deepen your connection.
Also at times you may get messages while doing relaxing activities like
exercising or dancing or gardening or anything that makes you happy.

Connecting to Ascended Masters through Oracle cards:

Additionally if you wish you can also use Ascended Masters oracle card deck
and take a message for yourself. (There are many good decks available in the
market. I use the one by Doreen Virtue. Alternatively you can make your own
card deck )
Oracle cards are easy to use and always give you the right answers as they
respond to the energy of the Universe.
Always make sure you clear the oracle card deck before using it by giving
Reiki to it for 4-5 minutes using the power and the healing symbols.
Shue it well and ask questions, pulling a card each.
Make sure you follow the guidance and inculcate it in your daily life.
