ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR 100 KVA GENSETS

1. Annual Maintenance Contract for 12 Months, start from date of signing of


contract. 12 Annual with 06 Emergency Visits.
2. During schedule visits, the required services will be done free of
cost. Material/consumables e.g. Filters, Oil etc will be charged to
the Client.
3. Complains which will attend after office hours (Mon to Sat) & on
Sundays would be charged Rs: 3,500/- & Rs: 5,000/- respectively.
4. 5,000/- will be charged on other than AMC Visits.
5. Complain will be attended with in 4 & 5 hours

ANNUAL CONTRACT CHARGES (FOR 12 MONTHS)


Annual Maintenance Contract Charges. 100 KVA Genset (AMC) Rs.56,522.00
Add 15% GST Rs. 8,478.00
Amount Included GST Rs. 65,000.00
Amount in Words. Rupees Sixty Five Thousand Only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Annual Maintenance charges are to be made 100% in advance at the time
of contract signing.
2. All the materials or spare parts cost will be borne by the client, and
charged as per consumptions and as per site.
3. During the contract period nobody from Clients organization is
authorized (except S.M.Jaffer or prior permission from S.M.Jaffer) to
handle the Genset in any respect. Otherwise the contract will be abolished
from the day of handling by any other person / company.
4. Any sort of overhauling will be charged extra
5. The safety of site should be responsibility of the client. All safety
equipments should be available at site such as Fire Extinguishers, lights,
First Aid etc.
6. Insurance against any accident, life or property damage which occurs due
to un-avoidable circumstance while performing normal routine and other
maintenance or other service shall be covered by the client.
7. In case the genset supplied by other vendors then SMJ or of different
brand then F.G Wilson and required software to check and rectify fault
will be charged extra accordingly.
8. Below mentioned is the contact information of S.M.Jaffer & co. for any
related query and complaint. S.M.Jaffer will update in advance /
replacement of contact staff, contact telephone numbers and addresses

GENERAL/WALK-AROUND INSPECTION:

Air Cleaner element indicator.

Batteries electrolyte level/battery cables/specific gravity.

Missing or broken parts.
8.
Dash gauges.
9.
Inspection of exciter parts and connections.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (AS & WHEN REQUIRED)
1.
Changing oil and filters.
2.
Changing coolant and coolant conditioners.
3.
Servicing/changing air-cleaner element.
4.
Filling Battery electrolyte.
5.
Greasing all service points.
6.
Fan belt adjustment/replacement.
7.
Valve lash/bridge adjustment.
8.
Changing fuel filter.
9.
Governor & throttle control linkages adjustment.
TESTING & REPAIRS (WHEN EVER REQUIRED)
1.
Testing engine under load & off load condition for general
performance/evaluation.
2.
Load to be provided by Client.
3.
Testing of safety devices operation.
4.
Testing of dash gauges and panel gauges operation.
5.
Output voltage for fluctuation/adjustment.
6.
Rectification of all leakage.
7.
Repair of water pump.
8.
Repair of starting circuit.
9.
Repair of charging circuit.
10.
Repair of exciter.
11.
Repair/replacement of gauges.
12.
Repair of shut-off circuit.
13.
Repair of fan drive unit.
14.
Repair of oil pump.
15. All workshop repairing jobs will not cover any warranty.

ELECTRIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE.

Dust blowing and inspection of the electric panel.


Dust blowing from the alternator and exciter winding and its
inspection.
Checking battery electrolyte specific gravity and its terminals for
corrosion.
Engine safety test.
Checking the governor and AVR connection and its behavior.
Electrical connection checking and tightening.
Electronic relays function test.
Checking the mounting bolts of the alternator.
Checking the rotating diodes varistor and its connection.
Lubrication of the electric starter bushes.
Battery charger and its regulator checking.
FIRST SERVICE at 50 hours (in case of new genset). All the above mentioned
jobs will be done and change of lube oil, lube oil filters, fuel filter, air filter
and
water filter (if required).
Then next services will be done as every 250 Hrs.

ON EVERY 1000 HOURS.


All the above listed jobs and checking of Tappet clearance, adjustment if
necessary.
Checking of fuel injectors. (Servicing if required will be charged).
Checking of Radiator (Servicing of radiator and flushing if required will be
charged extra).
EVERY 2500 HOURS.
Checking of Tappet Clearance.
Checking of fuel injector (If service & Calibration required will be charged
extra).
During schedule visit which is to be carried out by us, the required services will be
done by us without any charges
