Major job responsibility is to ensure Customer's National NOC smooth operations by providing professional
customer support for the deployed solution of HP OpenView OSS with HP Hardware.
Hands on Proficiency with HP OSS solution of TeMIP and OVSD Trouble Ticketing System
Perform network surveillance and troubleshooting
Administration of Windows-Unix Servers, Oracle Databases and HP MCSG Cluster suite and Monitoring
the Performance of associated Processes and Applications.
Managing teams of multiple vendors for the Configurations, customizations, and integrations of the
EMS/NMS and OSS systems
Liaising with HP Global and Local vendors support teams for resolving customers reported issues
Technical reports of routine operations and provided support to the customer
24X7 Support to meet SLA timelines as per settled with end customer to maintain the KPIs
Working with the Customer under the practices of ITIL (Service Management, Incident Management,
Change Management, Problem Management)
