The metallurgical environment represents a macrosistem characterised mainly by

means of the following systems:
Metallurgical Process Technology (MPT) System analyzed, defined by
technological parameters and technological procedures applied.
The Environment-Recycling-Energy (ERE) System - defines and
characterizes the transformation of the sources and the energy resources
necessary for metallurgical processes.
Ecological System (ECO) - which refers to processing ecological pollutant
outputs MPT and systems ERE.
The Recycling, The Revalue System (REC-REV) - relates to the
Transformation of energy and material that occur within process flows.
This system consists of two subsystems in turn, namely:
The energetic recycling (revalue) of the subsystem (R E)
The materials recycling of the subsystem (revalue) (R M).
Based on the concepts of Sustainable Development (SD) and Total Quality (TQ),
effective analysis of a process and metallurgical must put on quantifying correlations
forefront MPT - ERE - ECO - REC-REV.
In Figure 1, we present these correlations scheme.
The ecosystem, by definition, is a group consisting of biotopes, which sets a
whole different relationships, both between organisms, but also between organisms and
abiotic factors.
This first definition of ecosystem requires specific definition and explanation of
other concepts, such as:
Habitat
Biocoenose
Abiotic

The biotope (habitat) is defined as the geographical environment in which it lives

a group of live organisms (humans, plants, animals, etc.) in homogeneous conditions.
The biocoenose represents all of living organisms that inhabit a particular
geographical environment (biotope).
The abiotic refers to something lifeless, incompatible with life.

TQ - Total Quality
The main objectives of these article are:
Metallurgical Process Technology (MPT) System correlated with the
Environment-Recycling-Energy (ERE) System, Ecological System (ECO)
and The Recycling, The Revalue System (REC-REV).
The optimisation of correlations presented between systems in order to
improve technological and economic metallurgical processes, without
negatively affecting Sustainable Development and Total Quality concepts.
