How can the risk be managed and who is responsible

The risk of bad weather is unpredictable as June is a warm

month. However there is a frequent period of rain. Due to this,
our cameras and equipment will need to be protected. Also the
rain could endanger the live of our actor, this is due to our
actor standing on the ledge on the rooftop, where he may slip
fro the rain. The whole crew will be responsible for the risks
and the solutions for them. In addition to this, we will also
bring crash mats on the floor levels we are filming on.
The actor falling of the ledge is a very dangerous risk; this is
because it can cause life-threatening injuries. Due to this, we
would ensure that the whole crew would be aware of any risk
that could be a potential harm. Also, we will have crash mats
so that the actor is protected.
High winds in June are unpredictable due to it being a warm
month, however as it is unpredictable, it could occur. The risks
of high winds occurring are that the camera equipment may
damage. As well as this, our actor standing on the ledge would
have a high risk of falling. To ensure that our equipment is
protected and our actor is safe, we will have the crew aware of
the situation to make sure that we take breaks when weather
is not suitable. We will also have crash mats so the risk of the
actor being injured is reduced. The camera operator will be in
charge of taking care of the camera equipment.
The risk of the uneven ledge could mean that our actor will fall
off the ledge, due to this we would ensure that we would find a
suitable spot where the risk of the actor falling is reduced. The
whole crew will be aware of this to guarantee the safety of our
actor is not put at risk.
The risk of transporting the equipment is fairly low; this is due
to the location being very levelled. However due to constant
movement of the camerawork, we will have to make certain
that the equipment is safely transported. The director and
camera operator will be in responsible fro this.
