This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and executed this ___ day of June, 2015 at
Iba, Zambales by and between:
RODOLFO D. DAHIL, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of
Santiago, Botolan, Zambales herein referred to as VENDOR.
JUDE R. EUSTAQUIO, of legal age, Single, Filipino and a resident of Paco,
Botolan, Zambales hereinafter referred as the VENDEE.

That the VENDOR is the lawful owner and possessor of motor vehicle with

That the vendor, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND
PESOS (P 2,000.00) Philippine currency, to herein hand paid and receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the above
name VENDEE, his heirs and assigns all the vendors share, participation and interest
over the above described motor vehicle including the improvements found there on
free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever. That by virtue of these
instrument, from this date the VENDEE does hereby become the absolute owner of
the aforementioned property as herein conveyed and the VENDEE can now take full
and unconditional ownership and possession thereof with full right and dispose the
same in manner that best fits him. That the VENDOR hereby forever warrants to
forever defend the title, possession and ownership of the VENDEE over the property
sold from all claims whatsoever.
