This standard has been prepared by ECISS/TC 27 Surface-coated flat products Qualities, dimensions,
tolerances and specific tests (Secretariat: Germany).
The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Eisen und Stahl (Steel
and Iron Standards Committee), Technical Committee Kontinuierlich organisch beschichtete (bandbeschichtete) Flacherzeugnisse aus Stahl.
DIN V 17006-100 is the standard corresponding to CEN Report CR 10260 referred to in the bibliography of
the EN.
Amendments
This standard differs from the October 1996 edition in that it has been revised in form and substance.
