Blasting and Painting Inspection as per the ITP in Shop and Field coating in the
Site.

Ensure the coating system and color code according to the project specification
for piping and tank.

Weather Monitoring such as Air Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Dew point

Perform the inspection on galvanized material and verifying certificate of

galvanizing which is comply with ASTM 123 from supplier.

Verify Soluble Salt Contamination on Blasted surface using Bresle Salt Kit
(Elecometer 138).

MEK test done on the inorganic Zinc Silicate for ensuring the curing.

Ensure painters using proper Tip sizes during application as per Manufacturers
recommendations.

Inspection of various coating failures at all stages.

Ensure mixing and thinning as per Manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet

Inspection of coatings before, during and after application.

Monitor Pot life and continuous agitations whenever required.

Ensuring DFT & WFT of various coating system is as per project specification.
