Raise and Box Hole Drill Pipe

Raise drill pipe is designed to be
compatible with the specific drilling
machines capabilities. Our drill pipe
is manufactured to internationally
acknowledged specifications from
high-tensile alloy steel. It undergoes
stringent metallurgical and
mechanical testing before, during
and after production so as to ensure
the highest quality possible.
Integral
Stabilizers are machined from
special alloy steels, selected for
balance in hardness, strength,
toughness and resistance to yield in
bending. A choice of wear-resistent
rib surfaces is available: sintered
carbide buttons or crushed carbide
overlay.
Stem Stabilizers
A unique drilling aid for back reaming
of raise bore holes to protect the
highly stressed box joint above the
cutterhead.

Starter Pipes
Starter pipes and subs are similar in
design and construction to drill pipe.
A close tolerance outer diameter is
used as a bearing surface, through a
bushing, to control direction in
starting a pilot hole.

Bit Reamer Stabilizers

This reamer-stabilizer helps
centralize the bit while maintaining
hole size and tends to retard the
wear rate of the ribbed type
stabilizers which follow. It features
easy field replaceable rollers and
bearings in a heat treated alloy body.
