The World eBook Library would like to support your library to succeed in meeting
the eBook demands of your patrons.
The World eBook Library can help your library to create a unified approach
delivering eBooks for curriculum content while exciting the reader. The goal is to
create equal access to both knowledge and opportunity for improved student
achievement in order to share in the success of your students.
World eBook Library, a leading innovator in the development and distribution of
digital resources, would like to help in this collaboration by offering your library a
subscription to the worlds largest PDF eBook and eDocument collection for only
$2 per student per year. With over 400,000 eBooks in our collection, membership
provides an easy way to build and enhance your current library collections.
Although, our primary focus is to support librarys and institutions with online
reading material we do provide individuals to independently subscribe to the World
eBook Library. The general public may access our complete holdings for $8.95
per year.
With the World eBook Library, you never have to worry about a book being
unavailable or checked out. All of our materials and resources are available to all
of your students 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Unlike other library subscription
services, the World eBook Library allows your patrons to access the digital
collection from off campus locations (WeL DOES NOT restrict IP access).

The changing face of the twenty-first century library - Using Internet technology to bring
library resources from around the world to their patrons

he World eBook Library shelves more than 400,000 eBooks in over a 100 different
languages, i.e., Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Spanish, Russian, Italian,
German, etc. In our library readers will find many of the classic works by the greatest
authors of history, from the early Greek philosophers and story tellers, such as Plato,
Aristotle, and Homer to the great playwrights, such as Christopher Marlowe and William
Shakespeare, as well as British romantic poets like William Wordsworth, John Keats, Lord
Byron, and Percy Shelley, plus American writers, such as Nathaniel Hawthorn, Herman
Melville, Edgar Allen Poe, Jack London. Although the primary focus of our archived collection
are eBooks, we also provide images, maps, and photographs (85,000 images and growing),
selected pieces of great music such as Beethoven's Fifth Symphony (in Stereo), and video
recordings of notable, historic events such as the Apollo 11 Lunar Landing.
