Good application of an appropriate MSD risk assessment tool for manual handling tasks involving patients. Generally well written and referenced with a good overview of most of the main
issues. A range of self-report tools are available to help assess a range of psychosocial risk factors. I wonder if assessment of Workload, discomfort and job satisfaction may add weight to your
risk assessment argument with this employer and provide additional reassessment points following implementation of risk reduction controls.
