WE CHECK THE TRANSLATION

The project manager receives your acceptance of the

quotation. The material to be translated is prepared
for sending to the translator(s). The project manager
selects the most suitable translator(s) from the project
management system and sends them the material
along with any instructions or notes provided by you.

In accordance with your order we

will provide:

The project manager calculates the cost of

the project and submits it to you along
with details of the optimal deadline for
completing the translation.

Received orders are registered in the project

management system. This allows us to monitor
the project progress and to save the details of
previous projects, which in turn enables us to
search for all professionals involved in carrying
out any previous projects.

Prior to sending you the

completed translation, the
project manager will ensure
that the quality is adequate
and that your instructions
have been followed.

Professional translators
Your projects will be completed only by professional translators who
are native speakers of the target language and who have the relevant
education and experience.

HOW WE CHOOSE OUR TRANSLATORS

Out of all the potential translators

in the industry, we select those
whose education, experience and
skills in using specialised software
comply with our requirements.
Translators who comply with these
requirements are asked to
complete a test translation.

Test translations are evaluated by

experienced and assessed experts (two
to three experts as standard) using a
ten-point system and assigning marks
for language style, correspondence to
the source text, grammatical accuracy
and the use of appropriate terminology.

Translators who receive a very good

or excellent test translation
evaluation are interviewed in order
to nd out more about their
strengths, skills in using specialised
software, working hours and other
factors essential for working on
translation projects.

If the translator passes the selection

process, they are included in the database
in our XTRF project management system
with the note New translator which
means that our project managers and
editors will pay extra attention to the
quality of the translator's work and their
compliance with deadlines.

Please note that any translators who do not pay sufcient attention or work to a high enough standard, who do not
follow customers instructions or who miss translation project deadlines are excluded from our translator database.

Your text will be translated by a native speaker

of the target language who resides in a country
where that language is spoken. This will
guarantee you an excellent quality and style of
writing. We provide translations in various
formats intended for different purposes and in
any language combination.

WordRise editors are native speakers of the

target language who will meticulously
correct both stylistic and grammatical
errors in your translation and check
correspondence with the source text, taking
into account the purpose, target audience
and overall style of the text.

To achieve our high standards, we offer

proofreading of our translations by an
independent native speaker of the target
language. The proofreaders task is to
eliminate all possible grammatical
inaccuracies in the translation.

will adjust the length and layout of the text in
accordance with the document design you have
created. We are able to process texts in Adobe

transcription experts possess an in-depth
knowledge of transcribing medical, legal,
marketing and other texts.

We offer translation of subtitles for
