for a LEADERSHIP TRAINING
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
OBJECTIVES
This project aims the following:
1. Develop a youths skill involving leadership and
facilitation;
2. Enhance their communication skills, in speaking or
writing;
3. Share insights and ideas with other leaders through
meaningful interaction;
4. Instill to the youth lessons of leadership by group
reflective sessions
5. Evolve into a wide-perspective leader from the inputs
and values acquired

Youth leaders with an age bracket of 13-20
PROJECT ABSTRACT
This summer, school is on break and students have a lot of time to
do things they want. Since we want our youth to make their
vacation a lot more enjoyable and meaningful, the proponents
designed a summer leadership training program for youth.
This project is envisioned to develop the inner leadership skills
and values of the youth leaders within the community. The
program will touch the different aspects to consider in leadership:

FINANCES
Finances can be done through the following systems:
1. Pledging system members will pledge amounts that
they can contribute for the program
2. Sponsors and donors solicitation can be done to
persons, businesses, and other institutions, which can
be in cash or kind
3. Grants if there are any grants from the local
leadership, this is a good place to start
EXCHANGE
In order to foster a program in exchange for the program, the
participants can do an exchange plan. The plan that can be
adopted is that the organization will deliver the program to the
participants, provided that the participants will give a certain item.
For instance, for the first Saturday of the program, they should
give out a pad of Grade 1 paper or intermediate pad. Such
collected materials can be used for Balik Eskwela Programs.
Other items can be used for the exchange scheme: common
goods, recyclables, and other supplies are options that the
organization can collect in exchange to the courses involved.

In case that the participant has not brought any item for that
period, the person could pay for the item in its corresponding
amount. For example, if participant A does not bring a crayon box
on Week 2, he could pay the amount of a box of crayon to the
organizer (Php 20.00 in todays value).
The items receives shall be well-accounted by the organizer incharge for the receiving of the items.

As the sources of funds are previously mentioned, the budget per
participant for each week is computed below:
