Acquiring information involving the input of groups threatened by the changes - those who would
stand to potentially work themselves out of a job, and whose input therefore had potential biases
Encouraging team members to think of the corporate good rather than their personal good while
contributing to the process
Dealing with distribution issues that needed to be addressed in a manner that was adaptable and
