SYNOPSIS:
This task encourages you to look at other students OCR Music Videos. This task
will help you with ideas as you will be able to start seeing what is possible to
make. Try to grade the videos using the mark scheme to give you some ideas of
how to get an A!
TASK:
Watch about 15 OCR Music videos from different schools. Look for different
standard (A*-E) and talk with your teacher about grades DO THEY AGREE? (DO
THIS AS A CLASS)
Download 3 of the best videos from different grade boundaries and complete a
directors cut of the video discussing;

What works well?


What doesnt work so well?
Is the location and clothing appropriate?
Have the correct camera angles and codes and conventions been used?
Is it a creative video?
Does the narrative element work with the performance of the artist/band?
