3.0 Product & Service Cost: Total cost BDT 5,25,000.00/-(Excluding Vat)
3.1 Payment Terms: BDT Three Lac (BDT 3,00,000.00) with work order + Rest BDT Two Lac
Twenty Five Thousand (BDT 2,25,000.00) within 7days of project completion.
4.0 Terms and conditions:
4.1 One year warranty will be provided starting from commissioning date of the project.
Warranty will be void if there any unauthorized access to the controllers/replacement or
damage of any of the electrical components without prior noticing of Reverie.
4.2 Offer is valid for acceptance within Thirty (30) days from the date of proposal.
4.3 Reverie will not be responsible for natural disaster or political disturbance that can delay or
harm the project.
4.4 Customer will be responsible for all mechanical modification including assembling Motor
unit, Gear Assembly, and Hydraulic/ pneumatic etc.
4.5 Customer must ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply with interruption less
working environment during the course of the project.
4.6 Accommodation, Food, Transportation for the Reverie personnel must be provided by the
customer during project execution and warranty period.
5.0 Warranty & Support Services
Standard 1 year.
