Upon successful completion of all program requirements IIM Indore will issue
participantsthecertificateofIntegratedDiplomainManagement.
3.Whataretheacademiccontentoftheprogrammeandprogrammestructure?

4.Whataretheminimumeligibilityconditionsforadmission?
The candidate must have passed Higher Secondary/ XII Std./ +2 Level/ equivalent
examinationfromanyoftherecognizedcentralorstateboards.Candidatesappearing
forthefinalexaminationofHigherSecondary/XIIStd./+2level/equivalentandthose
who have completed the examination and are awaiting results can also apply. If
selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if
he/she submits a certificate latest by July 31, 2014 from the Principal of his/her
School/Institute (issued on or before July 31, 2014) stating that the candidate has
completedalltherequirementsforobtainingtheHigherSecondary/XIIStd./+2level/
equivalentqualificationonthedateoftheissueofthecertificate.Candidatessatisfying
thefollowingminimumconditionsareeligibletoapplyfortheIntegratedProgrammein
ManagementofIIMIndore.

standardorequivalent.

2400(SAT1scoreobtainedduringJanuary1,2013toMarch31,2014onlyis
valid). In case of the candidate who is yet to complete the examination of XII
Standard or result awaited can also apply provided he/she should obtains 55%
(percentage)inXIIstandardorequivalent.
Agelimit:Notmorethan22yearsasonJuly31,2014.
The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standard would be
calculatedbasedonthepracticefollowedbytheboardfromwherethecandidatehas
obtained the certificate. In case the candidates are awarded grades instead of marks,
the conversion of grades to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure
certifiedbytheboardfromwheretheyhaveobtainedthecertificate.
Note: Applicants pursuing their XII standard from international schools affiliated to
foreign boards like IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education)
andIB(InternationalBaccalaureate)canalsoapplyandtheyhavetosubmitequivalency
certificateforAssociationofIndianUniversitiesNewDelhi.

GovernmentofIndiareservationnormswillbefollowedwhileadmittingthecandidates
fortheprogrammeandintakewillbelimitedto121candidates.
Note: IIM Indore reserves the right to decide the eligibility conditions in terms of
equivalence, percentage marks, and the recognition of the qualifying examination,
intakeetc.
5. Is it necessary to submit standard X and XII examination pass certificate/grade
sheetfromarecognizedboard?
Yes, it is required that candidates submit attested copies of all the certificates
(marksheets/gradesheets,passingcertificatesetc)ofstandardXandXIIexaminations.If
suchdocumentsarenotavailablebecausecandidatesareeitherappearingforStandard
XII examination or have appeared and not year received their results, then such
candidates have to submit attested copies of marksheets/gradesheets for the X and a
certificate from school authorities stated that he/she has appeared for XII standard
examination.
6.Whatistheapplicationprocedure?
Eligible candidates should submit their application in prescribed format (given
atwww.iimidr.ac.in)soastoreachIIMIndoreAdmissionsOfficeonorbeforeApril04,
2014alongwithnonrefundableapplicationfeeofRs.1000(RupeesOneThousandonly)
(Rs.500forSC,ST&DAcategory)withattestedcopiesofalltherelevantcertificates.
Candidates belonging to NCOBC, SC, ST and PWD/DA categories need to submit valid
andattestedcertificatesinsupportoftheirreservationcategory.
7.Whatistheadmissioncriteriaandselectionprocess?
The candidates will be selected on the basis of overall performance in Aptitude Test,
andPersonalInterview.

Theselectionprocessisasfollows(notethatalldatesandtimelinesaretentativeand
maybechangedasrequired):
Step 1: The candidates satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria should submit their
application in the prescribed format along with attested copies of all relevant
documentsandnonrefundableapplicationfeeofRs.1000(Rs500incaseofSC,ST&DA
category) through Demand Draft in favor of Indian Institute of Management Indore
Payable at Indore, so as to reach IIM Indore Admissions Office on or before April 04,
2014.Theapplicationformisavailableatwww.iimidr.ac.in.
Step2:Therewillbeatwostageselectionprocess.
Stage 1: Based on the applications received, candidates satisfying minimum eligibility
criteriawillbecalledfortheAptitudeTest(AT)tobeconductedacross6centers,viz.,
Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Indore,Kolkata,MumbaiandNewDelhi.Thedateofconducting
ATisThursday,May15,2014.ThepatternofATwillbeasfollows:
i. AT will be of objectivetype nature. The sample pattern will be
uploadedinthewebsitebeforehand.
ii. TherewillbetwobroadsectionsinAT,viz.,QuantitativeAbilityand
VerbalAbility.
iii. Therewillbe100questionsintotalwithtimedurationoftwohours
(120minutes).
iv. Eachquestionwillcarry4marks.
v. Therewillbeanegativemarkingof1markforeachwronganswer.

Stage2:Personalinterviews(PIs)willbeconductedat6centers(asabove).Shortlistfor
PIwillbeannouncedonMonday,May26,2014.PIwillbeconductedduringTuesday
Friday,June36,2014atcenters(asabove).

Step 4: The selected candidates should send their acceptance of admission offeralong
with a commitment fee of Rs.1,00,000 to IIM Indore on or before Monday, June 30,
2014.Thisamountwillbeadjustedagainsttuitionfees.
Step 5: The candidates will formally register at IIM Indore after fulfilling all the
requirementsandpaymentofallnecessaryfeesonFriday,August1,2014.Classeswill
commenceonMonday,August4,2014.
8.Isattendanceofclassescompulsory?
Yes,attendanceofclassesiscompulsory.

9.WhowillbetheFacultyfortheprogramme?
Faculty will be from IIM Indore, from industry, Eminent Academicians, Scholars of
repute,GovernmentOfficersand,SociallyReputedLeaders.
10.Whatarethetuitionfee,paymentscheduleandotherfeestructure?
TuitionfeeisRs.3lakhperannumforfirstthreeyearsandRs.5lakhperannumforthe
lasttwoyears.Thetuitionfeeispayableintermwise.Thetuitionfeeincludesaccessto
the library and computer lab. Hostel fees, laundry fees, and food expenses will be
additional.
11.Whatisthemaximumintakeandreservationscheme?
Theproposedintakeislimitedto121candidatesandGovernmentofIndiareservation
normswillbefollowedforadmission.
12.Willstudymaterialforcoursesbeprovided?
Most study material will be available at no additional charge in the library. However,
studentswillhavetopurchasetextbooksontheirown.
13.Willhostelfacilitiesbeprovided?
All students are required to stay on campus since this is a full time residential
programme.Twinsharinghostelfacilitieswillbeprovidedonpaymentbasisforthefirst
threeyears,thereaftersingleaccommodationwillbeprovidedonpaymentbasisforthe
final two years. The estimated expenses would be around Rs.2500 per month for the
roomrentforfirstthreeyearsandRs.4200permonthforfood.

14.Whatcomputerfacilitiesavailable?
IIMIndorehasalargenumberofcomputerterminalsinthecomputerlabsaswellasall
statisticalandothersoftwarenecessaryfortheprogram.Allhostelroomsareprovided
with 1 ethernet port for internet access. However, students will not be provided with
laptops/desktopsbytheinstitute.Theycanbringtheirownlaptops/desktops.

IIM Indore would provide active support and guidance to students of IPM to find
appropriate and challenging job opportunities at the end of the programme and
internshipsduringtheprogramme.
