Directive (1999/5/EC) for the Bluetooth function of the EUT.

4.3 FREQUENCY HOPPING REQUIREMENTS

The hopping Channels defined within a hopping sequence shall be at least 1 MHz aprt (Channel Separation)

Each hopping channel of the hopping sequence shall be occupied at least once during a period not exceeding
four times the product of the dwell time per hop and the number of channels.
