PRODUCT BENEFITS

Excellent exterior durability.

For interior and exterior use

A hard wearing coating suitable for a wide range of applications.

Extremely washable.

Low odour, can be used in odour sensitive areas.

Low sheen finish resists dirt pick-up.

USES

All purpose wall and ceiling finish for inside and outside use. May be applied direct to new cement plaster,
fibre cement (fresh or weathered), concrete, brickwork and various types of composition boarding.
Particularly recommended for fibre cement gutters and down pipes. Suitable for direct application to
properly prepared previously painted surfaces.

COLOUR RANGE

Brilliant White. Colours on request on the Dulux Colour System (bases 7, 8 & 9 colours).

APPLICATION

Ready for use with brush or roller.

For conventional spray, thin with clean water. First coat may be thinned for highly absorbent surfaces.

Clean-up with tap water.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be sound, clean and dry before painting.

NEW WORK
Concrete/Cement
Rough concrete surfaces may be filled with DULUX TRADE FILLERCOAT
Fibre Cement
No primer is required. Thin first coat 10% with water to aid penetration.
Galvanised Steel
Clean with DULUX GALVKLEEN in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and flush clean with water.
Prime with one coat DULUX TRADE CORROCOTE 3.
Ferrous Surfaces (Iron and Steel)
Loose surface rust must be removed by wire brushing. Prime with one or two coats of DULUX TRADE STEEL
PRIMER, depending on the severity of the conditions, i.e. apply two coats at the coast.
Wooden Surfaces
Timber surfaces can be primed with DULUX SUPERGRIP to give a complete water based system.
PVC (Gutters and Downpipes).
Degrease and lightly sand. Apply direct.
Gypsum Plaster
Prime with DULUX TRADE ALKALI RESISTANT PRIMER.
PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES
Surfaces must be in sound condition. Loose flaking paint and efflorescence must be completely removed and any
bare areas primed with the appropriate primer. Old enamel surfaces must be well sanded and then washed clean.
Chalked PVA or Limewash surfaces must be brushed down and primed with DULUX DURASEAL (interior) and
DULUX DURABOND (exterior).
PRECAUTIONS

Do not apply to bare metal surfaces.

Do not apply during wet or cold weather (below 8 C).

Drying times will be extended during wet or cold weather conditions.

Do not apply directly to friable or powdery surfaces
