Company Objective:

Constant improvement of the products technical performance and services


quality.
Core Values activities of the employee for the maintenance of having a good
organization.
Ongoing active role in the community for the existence of the company.
Delivering appropriate messages to its customers, enabling them to adopt
sound purchasing behaviors and positive attitudes towards road safety and
environmental issues.

Employees Objective:

Work Accuracy
Job duties must be performed accurately to be useful in employee
development. Refining work accuracy helps the employee to develop good
work habits and to create the comprehensive understanding needed to
advance in his position.

Training
An employee's training objective needs to match her career goals.

Reliability

A worker who avoids taking unscheduled time off, who arrives to work on
time and who takes only scheduled breaks can become a productive part of
the company's future. Reliability objectives work towards developing
good habits in the staff. Improving employee reliability creates a

workplace atmosphere of discipline that benefits the company and the


employees

The attribution in the company is more important and can be basis of her
employment to retain her.
Company will continue to stand out in behalf of having a prostitute
employee 10 years ago because company becomes an instrument for her to
cheer up and change her life.

Conclusion/ Recommendation

We conclude that we will retain her in her position because that was very
long time ago, she made a decision to have a perfect and right life after
what happened, included with making her performance accurate
consistent and reliable thats how you describe an employee. Although,
there has a negative feedback but we are happy because we become a part
of her change and we trust her.
