AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, JOSHUA M. ZAMORA, 10 years old, Filipino, a resident
of Nangka Drive, Tetuan, Zamboanga City, having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. I was present and personally saw the incident that
happened on the afternoon of 05 June 2015.
2. I know the respondent of this case, ALJABAR
TIKMASAN y HAMAN [hereinafter referred as Haman].
He occasionally visits our house and helps my mother,
Luggina Zamora, to do house chores and to look after me
and my siblings. I call him uncle as a respect and only
mother calls him Bagay,
3. Before the incident, I was outside of our house preparing
to leave the house because my uncle Ronnie Zamora
invited me to go to Yubengco Tetuan with him and his
other friend. Uncle Ronnie Haman was sitting outside of
our house when there was a knock on our gate. Uncle
Ronnie instructed me to open the door and I did. I saw
these men entering our house. I wanted to go inside but
they did not allow me to go in. I instead entered the
backdoor leading to the kitchen of our house.
4. These men went straight to the room were Haman was
staying. They pulled Haman outside of the room and
placed Haman on the living room. Haman was then just
wearing his green boxer shorts.
5. I was so scared and confused of what was happening.
The men were shouting at Haman and my mother. I saw
one of the men punched Haman and hit him with a book
on the head. I was crying aloud because I thought it was
a hostage incident.

6. I also saw these men grabbing and stealing our things.

My mother was panicking at the time trying to keep her
things from being taken away.
7. Afterwards, I saw another men at around four (4) of them
entered the room where Haman was previously staying. I
do not know what they did inside because they closed the
door. My mother went inside the room. Then I saw packs
of stone held by one of the men. I do not know what was
it but it was placed on a brown wallet.
8. I do not know any brown wallet owned by Haman. I only
know of a wallet which is owned by him is colour black
because I was the one who gave it to him.
9. These men stayed in our house until 5:30 in the
afternoon after which I saw policemen in their uniform
arrested Haman and placed him in a white car. My
mother also went along with him.
