1) Perform initial analysis of Change Requests.

2) Ensure that all production changes are processed according to


Change Management policies and procedures. Ensuring Change
Requests are fully completed and validated.
3) Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings on the
implementation of Changes. Assessment of risk and business
continuity, Change impact, resource requirements and Change
approval.
4) Co-ordinate on change implementation and verifies post
activation information is properly filled out and the CR is closed
according to proper procedures.
5) Use of Enterprise Change Management System (Ineed) to
document, track, authorize, and record implementation details of
changes made.
6) Facilitate daily Change meetings to discuss emergency Changes
and coordinate for approvals.
7) Monitor Priority 1 incidents in ITIL compliant environment
Peregrine (Incident/Problem).
8) Record and manage problems in errors database, and escalate
them to appropriate team(s) for solving.
9) Ensure all risks and impacts have been assessed correctly and
change approved by all parties in Change Management.

Responsible for Producing Change Management Reports
like Upcoming Changes and FSC, Daily Change Reports, Change
Reminders, Failed / Backed Out Changes, Incident count - Change
Volume Report.
11)
Ensure that Problems are identified, recorded and classified
according to the defined Problem Management process.

Evaluate and interpret all changes to determine and
understand their impact on Business and IT services.

Computer Engineering (MSc I.T. in Progress), Industry Standard

certifications like Prince2 Practitioner Certification, ITIL Foundation and


Intermediate (OSA) certifications and more than 8 years, (including five
(5 years and 6 months at international level) of relevant professional
experience in the areas related to ITIL processes, standards, and
methodologies, their adoption and governance.
It is also my responsibility to maintain compliance with enterprise
policies, standards, processes, procedures and guidelines for all ITIL
processes including ITIL change management processes.
Personally I am very strict about meeting commitments, observing
deadlines and achieving results and genuinely values others' ideas and
expertise. I am a team player who is pro-active with positive attitude
and will be in comfort as far as lateral and parallel understanding
among the team members is palpable to achieve organizational goals.
