PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Centrica E&P, Houston, TX 09-2014-Present
Reservoir Engineering Advisor for A&D Consultant Business Development
Provide technical support in reserve and resource appraisal in connection with the acquisition of US unconventional
assets by employing decline curve analysis, material balance, volumetrics, and rate transient analysis. Partner with geologists
to identify reservoir performance drivers, and develop type curves for target areas in Marcellus, Utica and Haynesville areas.

Determine PRMS-defined Proved, Probable and Possible reserves for unconventional reservoirs.
Use Eagle Ford liquids recovery to estimate Utica liquids potential
Perform economic analysis for development scheme (Aries).
Collaborate with multi-discipline team members to ensure timely valuations in order to meet bid deadlines.

Enhanced Oil Resources Inc., Houston, TX, 03/2013-08/2014

Manager, Reservoir Engineering
Conduct CO2 field development from pilot phase to field implementation for New Mexico Permian Basin asset. Perform
waterflood pattern-performance analysis using Feketes Harmony, and use CO2 Prophet to history-match waterflood and
forecast CO2 response. Output used as basis for full-cycle economic run (PHDWin). Led team of facilities engineers,
completions engineers, and drilling engineers to determine project development costs. Conduct field study for re-development
of legacy tight oil Permian Basin asset. Work with geologist to determine OOIP, research analog fields, determine type curve
of potential infill horizontal wells, forecast potential fluid volumes and assess facility handling capacity for a P50 scenario.

As result of efforts, 2.8 MMBO in PUD reserves were added.

Prepare Exhibits for NAPE and Data Room for potential JV.
Made technical presentations to banking community and potential JV development partners.
Conduct annual reserves appraisal and coordinate with third-party evaluator.

EP Energy (El Paso Corp.), Houston, TX, 2011-03/2013

Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer, Unconventional Resources Asset Team
Charged with optimizing CBM assets in Arkoma fields in Oklahoma and Black Warrior Basin in Alabama. Analyzed
production, recovery, and infill potential with Feketes CBM/Harmony software, and updated type curves for new drill
economic (Aries) appraisal. Based on Evaluation, New Albany Shale Gas returned shut-in wells to production. Maintain
reserves database in Aries up-to-date and provide for year-end reserve review.

CBM Analytical evaluation became basis for infill decision and lease renewals resulting in strategy change.
Assess emerging New Unconventional Resource plays, determine P10, P50, and P90 potential, develop a type curve
and perform full cycle economics. Present technical and project economics to Executive Management.
Update new play entry (exploratory stage) economics as drill & complete costs evolve.
Mentored junior engineers in nodal analysis of Permian Basin Unconventional wells and production performance
analysis best practice.

Kinder Morgan CO2 Co., LP, Houston, TX, 4/2008-8/2011

Senior Reservoir Engineer for CO2 Development Group, Permian Basin
Tasked with field expansion and optimization of assets in a CO2 flood. Performed full cycle economics (Aries) of complex
development projects including risk analysis, decision tree (@Risk). Selected to act as team business coordinator for
budgeting, post appraisals including assessment of reserves. Technical lead for PTA (Saphir) and IPM (Prosper, Gap, MBal).
Designed well tests, and analyzed data; used pressure transient analysis, and integrated nodal analysis to support
pattern performance analysis.

Set up Aries database for Development Group economic analysis

Utilized dimensionless curve-fit to estimate remaining recoverable reserves for CO2-EOR field.
Worked with multi-disciplinary team to establish development and conformance strategy for ongoing CO2 flood
expansion. Published comprehensive team study and development plan.
Presented development project to company President for approval.
Mentored junior engineers and summer interns in best engineering practices.
In 2010, added 1 MMBO to proved reserves (equal to 10% of project) through nodal analysis, PTA and dimensionless
curves by proposing alternate drilling and completion program. Proposed and incorporated first horizontal well in
development plan.
Designed multi-well pressure pulse test to determine reservoir characteristics, saving up to $6 million in
remediation costs. Analysis of pressure and voidance volumes resulted in savings of $10 million facilities investment.

D.Braxton & Assocs., Houston, TX, 2002-4/2008

Senior Reservoir Engineering Advisor/Consultant
For client Total E&P USA, evaluated Deep Water Gulf of Mexico gas field to optimize net present value. Designed and
evaluated pressure transient tests and used material balance and decline curve analysis to determine recoverable reserves.
As a result, recommended remediation to restore 12 MMCF/D (100% increase). To mitigate risk, the project was organized
into a four-phase plan, including slick line, wireline, coiled tubing, and workover rig work. Revised reservoir model for 14
reservoirs in field. Made technical presentation for management approvals.
For client The Carnrite Group, recommended option to advance mature waterflood field study in Cuyano Basin, Argentina to
visualization stage, and upgraded data and cost estimate to P80 certainty, at clients request. Executed full cycle economics.
Conducted CO2 scoping study, supervised reservoir simulation consulting firm in Moscow for reservoir model, and supervised
static and dynamic model history match under primary and secondary recovery schemes. Reported project status to client in
recurring peer review presentations.
Prior positions include:
Self-Employed Consultant; Reservoir and Project Engineer for various clients in Jakarta, Indonesia, Kalimantan,
Indonesia, and Southeast Texas; Field Studies, Reserves appraisals, NGL project and LNG shipping simulation.
Senior Reservoir Engineer for Mitchell Energy & Development Corp., The Woodlands, TX; North Texas Field
Development.
Reservoir Engineer for The Superior Oil Co., The Woodlands, TX; Mid-Continent field study.
