Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to apply for the profile of an analyst at ZS Associates. I am an active and enthusiastic
person always keen to learn new things. On the academic front I am currently pursuing my Engineering in
Civil, but I dont think I can excel with the best of my capabilities in that stream. My internship with National
Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) proved to be a turning point; the skills that I learnt there will surely help me
to excel at ZS Associates. NEN is a nonprofit organization with the mission to create and support entrepreneurs
throughout the country. It does so by organizing workshops, mentoring sessions and also Faculty development
programs at the college level. Being a part of Resource Bureau, I helped to recruit Entrepreneurs who could be
further used for various events as speakers or mentors. I also engaged Entrepreneurs as speakers in two
colleges. I did market research for the workshop by calling people and collecting data to decide upon the
pricing and agenda for the event. I also handled the event on spot and made all the arrangements. I further
conducted Webinars, learned the technical part of it and helped to add more than 600 Entrepreneurs in its
database. Other than this I am a travel enthusiast and wish to travel across the globe.
The field of consulting interests me because of the variety of work which it involves. It doesnt let work get
monotonous and you get to face new challenges every now and then. This not only helps a person to grow but
develop skills in various fields and this variety is essential to find your field of interest (as I havent found it
yet). Working at a consultancy will help me understand various industries and the major challenges for each of
them. And personally, I think this will be the best field to start with.
ZS Associates is one of the best consulting firms and it would be an honor to work with such a firm. Working
with ZS will provide immense opportunities to climb up the corporate ladder and showcase my capabilities. ZS
interests me specifically because of its work culture and also the varied cases in analytics for which it provides
consulting to its clients, which will provide exposure to different industries.
With my previous work at NEN I did a lot of market research using social media on a smaller platform,
I am very hard working and result oriented, I take up challenges with great enthusiasm and working with ZS
will bring in new challenges every day. This gets me motivated towards my work and my life. Apart from this I
am very ambitious and strive to compete and do better than my peers. From my past experiences, I always give
it all to achieve targets and give my best.
