DAY 1

The trainees were oriented by the supervisor about our duties and
responsibilities. They pulled-out the capacitors, resistors and diodes from the
old board.
DAY 2
EUREKA ELECTRIC FAN
They had to troubleshoot the Eureka Electric fan, thry removed the
wire from the fan and replaced it with a new wire.
DAY 3
STAND FAN
They found out that the defect of the the stand fan was the thermal
fuse. The thermal fuse of the stand fan was replaced with new thermal fuse
and the direct wire was taken off of it.
DAY 4
DVD HVG
The problem with the DVD HVG was in the circuit board of the supply
line. They changed the circuit board and attached the supply line to the
circuit board of the DVD player.
DAY 5
RADIO
Volume control of the radio had some issues. So they pulled out the
volume control and replaced with a new one.
DAY 6
RICE COOKER
The rice cooker had problems with the wire of the thermal fuse. They
removed the wire and replaced the thermal fuse with directly connected to it.
DAY 7
REFRIGERATOR
They went to the house of the customer for home servicing. They
thought that the refrigerator was in need of FREON refill. They troubleshoot
the refrigerator and added FREON to the motor. They tested the motor and it
worked.
DAY 8
DVD COMPONENT
They were troubleshooting a DVD component. The problem was that
the reading laser was not working, so they replaced it.
DAY 9
DVD COMPONENT
They were troubleshooting the ribbon wire that connects to the laser.
They pulled out the wire, fixed it and used another wire to test if the ribbon
wire they replaced was working and they saw that it was.
DAY 10
AMPLIFIER
They were troubleshooting 60 watts amplifier. They saw that the IC
was the problem of the amplifier. They pulled the IC out; replaced with a new
one; then tested if the IC we replaced works.

DAY 11
REWINDING SPEAKER
We pulled-out the wire that needed to be rewinded. We rewound it
using the same wire.
DAY 12
TV
The SAMSUNG TV had some trouble with its IC, specifically the vertical
IC supply board. The board of the TV was too old. Our manager decided to
change the board to repair the TV.
DAY 13
SHARP TV
We noticed that the circuit of the SHARP TV was the problem. We
troubleshoot the short circuit and replaced the led.
DAY 14
WASHING MACHINE
We needed to replace the capacitor of the WASHING MACHINE. So we
replaced it with a new one and when we tested the machine, it worked.
DAY 15
RADIO
The RADIO had problems with its power supply. We replaced it and the
radio worked.
DAY 16
BLENDER
The BLENDER had problems with its thermal fuse. We replaced the
thermal fuse, tested the blender and found out that it worked.
DAY 17
AMPLIFIER
We replaced the IC of the AMPLIFIER when we found out that it had
problems.
DAY 18
AMPLIFIER
The AMPLIFIER was humming loud and that was a problem. We tested
the capacitor then replaced it with a new one.
DAY 19
CIRCUIT BOARD
We pulled out the IC, Resistor and diode from the old CIRCUIT BOARD.
DAY 20
ELECTRIC FAN
The ELECTRIC FAN had problems with its wire and motor. We take the
LED and fix the wire and try to connect it and it works.
DAY 21
DVD PLAYER
The module of the DVD PLAYER needed to be replaced. We replaced
the module of the DVD PLAYER with the same circuit.
DAY 22
NO CUSTOMER

DVD PLAYER
The switch (open and close) of the DVD PLAYER malfunctioned. We
changed the switch and replaced with another one that works.
DAY 24
AMPLIFIER
The volume control needed fixing so we replaced it with another
volume control.
DAY 25
EUREKA ELECTRIC FAN
We were made to troubleshoot the EUREKA ELECTRIC FAN. We
removed a wire from it and replaced it with a new wire.

STAND FAN
The STAND FAN had trouble with its thermal fuse. We replaced a new
thermal fuse on the stand fan and also took the direct wire.

DVD HVG
The problem with the DVD HVG was in the circuit board of the supply
line. We changed the circuit board and attached the supply line to the circuit
board of the DVD player.

We go together to the house of the customer for a home service. We,
together saw that the prion is the problem of the refrigerator. We
troubleshoot the refrigerator and add another prion to the motor. We test it
and saw the result. It work.
DAY 61
DVD COMPONENT
We troubleshoot the dvd component. The problem is that the reading
laser is not working, and he replace it.
DAY 62
DVD COMPONENT
We troubleshoot the ribbon wire to connect the laser. We pulled-out the
wire, we fix it and we take another wire to test if the ribbon wire we replace
is working and we can see, it is.
DAY 63
AMPLIFIER
We troubleshoot the 60 watts amplifier. As we can see, IC is the
problem of the amplifier. We pull it out, then we try it to prove that the IC we
replace really works.
