Community Interest: Physical Fitness

Aikido for Beginners

Classes are continually modified to meet the changing needs of our community and
intended to enhance and enrich our students lives and promote life-long learning.
Classes range from Physical Fitness (e.g. Yoga, Zumba and Fencing) to Art, Music,
Cooking, Home Art, Language and Special Interets classes. Fun, affordable classes
for your personal enrichment! Encourage your friends to sign-up and partner together.

Aikido improves focus, builds self-confidence, and

empowers trust. Aikido is a path with the goal of
making harmony out of aggression. It is not about
fighting, even though it comes from the fighting
history of Japan. No sparing, tournaments or
competitions just practice. Learn to blend with
power from another. Safely learn empty hand
techniques and wooden sword techniques. Wear
loose fitting clothing and come early. Instructor:
