Dear Alumni, Parents, Staff & Friends,

We are just about 2 months away from the 2015 Rogers Invitational Golf Tournament on Friday, August 14th at
Green Valley Country Club. Once again we are anticipating a highly successful and well-attended outing.
Since 2009 I have been able to contribute $43,000 to various student-athlete scholarships and multiple special
projects. This year Rogers will be bringing back the Boys & Girls Cross-Country teams and will be starting
Boys & Girls Lacrosse teams. However, there is a significant funding gap that needs to be filled. As a result,
this years fundraising efforts have taken on a new importance so that we can provide our young athletes the
tools and resources they need in order to learn, improve and succeed. This would not be possible without the
help and support of the generous Newport County businesses and individual residents, who each year
continually support our student-athletes.
Thank you for your continued support of RHS Athletics! In the past you may have played, sponsored a tee, or
donated raffle items. I respectfully ask for your continued support and generosity.
