Sir/Madam,
In continuation of this office notification, You are informed that the Practical
Examinations for B.A./B.B.M./B.Com./B.Sc/B.Voc Annual 2015 will be conducted from
10-02-2015 to 25-02-2015. The list of centres and colleges allotted for conducting Practical
examinations are enclosed. The practical examination centre for newly established colleges will
be allotted in due course.
Hence, you are requested to arrange to form the batches, prepare the Practical
time-table of your centre and upload the same Online through the website www.kuonline.co.in
and submit the hard copies of downloaded schedule to the undersigned on or before 19-01-2015.
You are also requested to collect the Nominal Rolls of the Colleges allotted to your College
centre from the respective colleges and include in the schedule of your college while preparing
the practical time-table (including Sundays & Second Saturdays and excluding public holidays).
The structure of the database (.dbf file in d-base/FoxPro/visual FoxPro) should be as follows:

may be adhered to:
Morning Session

- 08.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M.

Noon Session

- 11.30 A.M. to 02.30 P.M.

Evening Session

- 03.00 P.M. to 06.00 P.M.

All the Principals are requested to prepare the time-table so as to have three batches in a
day for each practical examination.
This may please be treated as MOST URGENT.
