Mr. Jim Wade, P.Eng., is a Fabricated Equipment Specialist with 36 years of experience in design,
specification, and procurement of mechanical equipment for process plants in Chemical, PetroChemical, Refining and Off-Shore Oil & Gas Industries.
His expertise has primarily been in the design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fabricated
equipment, and piping.

Amazonia Peru; Onshore (handled like an Offshore) Heavy Oil & Gas Field FEED Services for
facilities to produce phased capacity of 20,000 bpd to 40,000 bpd crude and 125,000 bpd to 375,000
bpd produced water. Supervise 4 rotating equipment engineers, 3 static equipment engineers and 1
static equipment designer. Coordinated with other disciplines and vendors. Participated in schedule
development and updating. Also included is estimating, planning schedules, reporting progress and
earned hours expended.
Heat Exchanger Engineer, Celanese Fairway Project Methanol Plant Expansion Pasadena TX;
Detail design, equipment data sheets, review and approval of vendor calculations and drawings for
shell & tube (21) heat exchangers designed and fabricated from China. Programs used: HTRI
Heat Exchanger Engineer, Chevron Rosebank, Offshore Oil & Gas FPSO Project; equipment data
sheets and purchase requisitions for shell and tube (36), hairpin (11) and plate & frame (5) heat
