* Highlight dfferent parts of the days in different colours to indicate your focuses for that
block of time. The planner is currently using orange for personal time and yellow for school
hours. You can set up your own colour scheme for each focus area or include symbols to
highlight the importance of each task using High (H), Medium (M), Low (L) .
* Be specific and detail. Include the 4 Ws (What, Where, When and Who) and 1 H (How) in
your tasks.
