Learning objectives : 1.3 Understanding food chains.
Learning outcome : 1. Identify animals and food they eat.
2. Classify animals into herbivore, carnivore and omnivore.
3. Construct food chain.
4. Identify producer.
5. Identify consumer.
Prior knowledge : • Pupils already know the animals and foods they eat.
Behavioural objectives : At the end of the lesson, pupils are able to:
1. State at least three animals and the food they eat correctly.
2. List at least three examples of animals into herbivore, carnivore and
omnivore correctly.
3. State which one producer in food chains is given correctly.
4. State which ones are consumer in food chains given correctly.
