At 9.15 am, I had a meeting with my industrial supervisor. We

discussed my training schedule. He gave me instructions on the
methods to tackle one of the companys problems in the supply
line. However since Im new to the company, he will give time for
me to know the basics first. I was assigned to the first tier
department out of three to learn its functions first. The meeting
ended at 11 am.
I spent the rest of the day reading up and familiarizing with the
first tier department.

Weekly Summary

I can safely assume that I have progressed according to schedule. So far, the working
condition in the company was very informative and challenging. Fortunately, the staff
there was quite helpful thus Im able to complete my task with ease. The incidents
happens in Thursday however give me a lot of experience in dealing with co- workers
and how to handle problems in quick and professional way.
