I. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
=======================
Windows(r) Vista or 7. (Windows XP is not supported. Sorry.)

PERFORMANCE ISSUES
If you are using an integrated Intel(r) graphics card, you may have to update yo
ur graphics drivers.
When running Sburb, if you experience low performance or lag, you may try closin
g the game and lowering the quality setting in the launcher.
There is only one CD-Key allowed per client for Internet play. If you are getti
ng a "CD-Key in use error" make sure that there are no other clients connected t
o any game server using your CD-Key.
If the game hangs on startup with a blank screen, make sure you have started the
game with Sburb Launcher. Do not manually execute "runnable.exe".
The game may present odd behaviour at times, displaying strange messages. Please
ignore those.

MAKE SURE TO PRESS F1 IN THE MAIN MENU.
This is very important.
CUSTOM RESOURCE DOWNLOADING
Something that has always limited the propagation of custom characters has been
the lack of support for custom character resources. Creating your own character
with original sprites has always been an issue as other players were unable to
see your custom sprites. So, we've added a new feature/function to help simplify
the process.
When saving a custom character, the sprites are saved in an external server. The

links to these sprites are saved, along with more information about your charac
ter, in a simple XML file, located in "...runnable_Data/StreamingAssets/Characte
rs". So, in order to share a character with a friend of yours, all you have to d
o is send them your character's XML file.
Also, when in a Sburb session, all character sprites are shared automatically.
UNABLE TO HOST/JOIN SESSION (ACCESS DENIED)
You are running a preview version.
THE GAME IS TOO LOUD
Press F2 to bring down the game's volume slider.
"RUNNABLE.EXE NOT FOUND"
Make sure that the launcher and "runnable.exe", along with the "runnable_Data" f
older, are all in the same directory.
IV. CUSTOMIZATION
=======================
Sburb has been designed with moddability in mind. Players are able to add their
own sprites to the character creator, thus generating characters with unique loo
ks.
In order to add new hair/horns/head/eye/mouth sets, all you must do is go to "ru
nnable_Data/StreamingAssets/CharacterCreator/ <race> /Parts/" and place your cus
tom sprite in the correct folder. Files must be smaller than 1mb.
Keep in mind that your sprite must be a .png and that it should have a transpare
nt background.
Bodies and Arms, on the other hand, are sprite sheets. You should not change the
position of each image in the sprite sheet. If you have paint.net installed, yo
u may find two .pdn files in the "CharacterCreator" folder: Arms.pdn and BaseBod
y.pdn .These are files provided by us to aid you in the creation process and hav
e grids, in separate layers. Keep in mind that the final file may not use any gr
ids, and due to that, you may have to delete the grid/background layers.
It is now also possible to add custom sprites to the Campaign Creator. Simply ad
d .png files to the "runnable_Data/StreamingAssets/CampaignCreator/Sprites/" fol
der. There are only three limitations: .PNG files only, with a maximum size of 3
000x3000 and it must be transparent.
