Job Purpose

To handle internal and external calls related to the AOCC, prioritising correctly to ensure the
operation runs smoothly, as well making all PA announcements, as and when required..

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge

satisfactory job performance)
Qualifications and Education:
Evidence of administrative training would be an advantage, but not essential.

Strong demonstrable skills in organisational and attention to detail,


the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines,
the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and
workload,
oral communication skills,
Exceptional customer service skills

Experience:
1-2 years customer facing experience, preferably in a call centre/ announcement
capacity.
Experience working in an aviation environment would be preferential.
Training:
Developmental training is required in any area for professional development and/or mandatory purposes
Knowledge:

Knowledge of aviation processes, and methodologies would be an advantage, but not


necessary.

Ability to demonstrate a range of stakeholder engagement techniques to facilitate


the provision of call centre and announcement requirements
