Application fields
ZS-DYESET RFT conc is mainly used for conditioning of dyebathes in cotton, polyester and
polyamide dyeing and for aftersoaping of reactive dyeings and printings. It improves the
Right First Time level very well.

Guidelines for application

For addition to dyebaths:

In dyebaths, ZS-DYESET RFT conc prevents the formation of dyestuff agglomerates and the
redeposition of dyestuff hydrolysate on the textile goods.
ZS-DYESET RFT conc can be applied in dyeing processes without any restrictions since it has no
demetallising effect on dyestuffs, has no influence on the light fastness of a dyeing and has no
retarding effect.
Recommended quantities:

0.25 - 1.0 g/l ZS-DYESET RFT conc

Soaping of reactive dyeings:

ZS-DYESET RFT conc can be added to the soaping bath either diluted or undiluted. For dilution,
ZS-DYESET RFT conc is mixed with cold or warm water.

0.25 - 1.0 g/l ZS-DYESET RFT conc

Diluting instructions for the manufacture of ZS-DYESET RFT:

When ZS-DYESET RFT conc is diluted with cold water according to the below recipe,
