placing orders. Improved and enhanced the fulfillment of ride requests, sped up internal allocation of
charges and automated IBD project tagging to expedite client chargebacks to syndicates in a timely
fashion. Enabled many of these charges to be properly allocated to a client, a major problem in the past.
Reduced costs by $1 to $2M annually and supported the application for ten years including helping
Goldman implement several enhancements.
Conceived and implemented Aleph Inc.s web portal expense management and web booking
application through continual interaction with corporate customers and development teams, resulting in
customer savings of up to 15% in their $1 to $20M annual ground transport spend.
