This is 7 weeks interactive course which will transform your life from good to
better and from better to best.
We have dreams. And we want to achieve our dreams. But only few becomes
successful. What are things that a few people achieve their dreams. Whether it is
Hardwork? Attitude? or Luck? Some factors are taught in school and colleges they are
not complete to achieve our dreams. Many people fail, so they call as its a luck
factor.But story is different.

Course information:1. Positive thinking : Change your thinking from may be to YES, I CAN.

2. Goal setting :- Our path of life should have perfect destination. If we walk
without proper goal then we waste our valuable time. Goal setting is important
during school study, college study, university study. It is very important in this
competitive age for job, for business purpose everywhere. So learn goal setting.

3. Time management:- We get money after some work. We can get many things
afterword also. But the time which is running now that we cant hold. Ye jo
samay use hum rok nahi sakte jo valuable hai. So need to know how to manage
our time may be for study purpose, for enjoyment, for everything.

4. Human relationships:When we move path of a certain goal at that time and any time our
relationships are very important. The study and understanding of human relations
can help us in our collegeplace, and as a result, assist us in achieving career
success. Knowing how to get along with others, resolve workplace conflict,
manage relationships, communicate well, and make good decisions
5. Focus : Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is
going on around them. They stay focused on their past successes rather than their
past failures, and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to
the fulfillment of their goals

6. Decision making :- Decision making is a process of selecting the best among the
different alternatives. It is the act of making a choice. There are so many
alternatives found in the school and career path.

7. Meditation:Stress Reduction
Meditation reduces stress better than anything else. Not only does the practice of
meditation give you some down time to rest physically and mentally, it also has
a very direct effect on your entire nervous system by reducing your bodys
production of stress related chemicals like cortisol, and increasing the production
of mood enhancing chemicals like serotonin.

Course will be only on Sunday. Course duration will be 3 hrs. Your parents
are investing valuable money on you for this course so a given 1 hr. homework is
compulsory for transforming your life.
Take food 2 hrs. before the course time to avoid sleep because your time is
valuable as much as your money.
