Senior Sales Engineer (MV) - Davao - 001SQ2
Job Responsibilities:
MV Market in Davao with a specific focus on Utility accounts and Electro-Intensi
ve (MMM, Food and Bev)
To define & to develop strategy for targeted accounts; know mar
ket trend, new investments & opportunities for business growth amongst targeted
accounts.
To establish strong relationship with the end-users: understand
ing of end-users needs and providing solutions, close out issues arising from us
e of =S= products and solutions, provide up to date information on =S= products
and its applications.
To understand end-user requirements (both Capex & Opex), draw a
Milieu for each opportunity and provide inputs for each opportunity and provide i
nputs for a Go or No Go in every invitation to bid.
To get the =S= products and solutions accredited with the targe
ted accounts.
To draw up a business plan for each targeted market segment and
define growth areas and specific action plans.
To meet sales objectives.
Submission of Monthly Report: Market Trends, YTD & 3-Month Fore
cast, Competitors Information, Quality Issues, Accomplishment for the month repo
rt.
CHANNEL (PnB's, System Integrator...)
To define and have deeper understanding of channel business seg
ment, and to be able to target the right opportunities and be able to define com
pany s action plan.
To provide full action and support to channels by determining m
arket opportunities.
To support and work with our defined channels through promotion
s and selling of product offer.
To support the company in determining market competition and pr
ovide intelligence information
To contribute in achieving the total Sales Target of the compan
y.
Coordinate inter-departmental support- to ensure commitments t
o customers are met.
