Knowledge Universes expectation is that the providers service technician(s) have the necessary generalists skills and ability to properly resolve the overwhelming majority
of repairs identified during the preventative maintenance inspections noted below. Additionally, referrals to trade specialists (plumber, electrician, etc.) in order to complete
the repairs are to be the exception. These exceptions are to be referred to FacilitiesSource who will dispatch the appropriate service provider to complete the repair.
