a. An economy is based on two sectors, transportation and manufacturing.
Production of a dollars worth of transportation requires RM 0.10 of input
from each sector and production of a dollars worth of manufacturing
requires an input of RM 0.40 from each sector. Find the output for each
sector that is needed to satisfy a final demand/surplus of RM7 billion for
transportation and RM10 billion for manufacturing.
