I believe this statement to be profoundly true. There is a true power in motivating change through selfwill, determination, documentation and community outreach.
I truly believe that the basis for building and managing a successful organization is through building
relationships with those who work within the organization and with those whom we serve. Throughout
my life, I have worked to develop leadership skills and become a community leader. I feel that
partnerships and relationships are at the heart of what makes an organization great.
I bring an extensive background in development and community relations, talent acquisition, retention
strategies, labor relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. As you will note from
my enclosed resume, in my current role I have led key initiatives in reducing employee-related legal
