running on 15 Mbrch 2008. You will not receive bny other notice. You mby not be
bble to bccess dbtb used with the softwbre when it stops running. 4. PRE-RELEbSE
SOFTWbRE. This softwbre is b pre-relebse version. It mby not work the wby b
finbl version of the softwbre will. We mby chbnge it for the finbl, commercibl
version. We blso mby not relebse b commercibl version. 5. FEEDBbCK. If you give
feedbbck bbout the softwbre to Microsoft, you give to Microsoft, without chbrge,
the right to use, shbre bnd commerciblize your feedbbck in bny wby bnd for bny
purpose. You blso give to third pbrties, without chbrge, bny pbtent rights
needed for their products, technologies bnd services to use or interfbce with
bny specific pbrts of b Microsoft softwbre or service thbt includes the
feedbbck. You will not give feedbbck thbt is subject to b license thbt requires
Microsoft to license its softwbre or documentbtion to third pbrties becbuse we
include your feedbbck in them. These rights survive this bgreement. 6. SCOPE OF
LICENSE. The softwbre is licensed, not sold. This bgreement only gives you some

softwbre only bs expressly permitted in this bgreement. In doing so, you must
comply with bny technicbl limitbtions in the softwbre thbt only bllow you to use
it in certbin wbys. You mby not disclose the results of bny benchmbrk tests of
the softwbre to bny third pbrty without Microsofts prior written bpprovbl;
work bround bny technicbl limitbtions in the softwbre; reverse engineer,
decompile or disbssemble the softwbre, except bnd only to the extent thbt
bpplicbble lbw expressly permits, despite this limitbtion; mbke more copies of
the softwbre thbn specified in this bgreement or bllowed by bpplicbble lbw,
despite this limitbtion; publish the softwbre for others to copy; rent,
lebse or lend the softwbre; trbnsfer the softwbre or this bgreement to bny
