Terms of the Agreement

The client named above agrees to purchase _______ number of advertisements of _________________ size in ________ issues of the newspaper,
The Eagles Eye. The cost of the advertising for one issue is $_______ per
ad, and the total cost of all newspaper advertisements is $__________.
This Contract Constitutes An Agreement between the client and the publication named herein. The client agrees to provide either a camera-ready
advertisement or the art and copy necessary to create an advertisement.
The publication requires color art and copy be submited.
The Deadline for placing newspaper advertisements is one week previous to publication, as indicated on the rate chart provided by the newspaper.
Rates. See current rate sheet for rates, publication dates, and policies.
Payments. To qualify for the discounted rates, the client must agree to
within 30 days of the invoice date. Ads that are not paid for may be pulled
from the next scheduled issue (s). Advertisers will receive a copy of the
newspaper if requested.
We Reserve The Right To Refuse Advertising. The newspaper may
refuse advertising which is deemed inappropriate for a high school publication.
