FOLLOW-UP REGARDING CURB AT HARWOOD AND STATION STREET

SOUTHWEST CORNER BESIDE DESIGNATED AREA FOR CONDOS SALES OFFICE
After speaking with Andrew Jackson, G.A.L.A. Landscape Architect on July 21st, 2015 in the
Town City Hall here in Ajax, Mr. Jackson stipulated he was going to look into the situation and
tried to get me some answers why that my request on the behalf of other physical challenged
residents living here in the town of Ajax regarding the following picture in this document.

Once again last week I went into the townhall here in Ajax and was speaking with the
information receptionist in that department and roughly about an hour and a half later I
received a phone call from the Department and it was explained to me that the town's
contractor has left and they are in the process of looking and asking the physical challenged
individuals to be patient until they are able to rectify the problem, it's funny at one point the
town wanted to see more physical challenged residents out and about through the town and
yet when a simple request for a temporary them to be put into place for safety purposes for
the above-mentioned individuals they have to be patient and wait until the tell and have this
minor problem rectified but when it is time for taxes the town doesn't mind taking their money I
was under the impression that the town of Ajax is supposedly a be physical challenged
assessable. Maybe the next step is to take this to the news media here in Durham region
