Mr. & Mrs. Mario B. Balbin, this project was conceived
because they want to provide the residents of Panabo
City, Davao City and other towns of Davao del Norte, a
long-lasting tribute to their loved ones who have passed
away and offer a place for the family to heal and for all
of them to unite.

Term insurance purchased to insure the lives of the borrowers.
SNMG avails of credit life and becomes the OWNER and primary BENEFICIARY of the policy.
The borrower(CLIENT) purchases the insurance and becomes the INSURED.
Philam Life pays off the outstanding balance in the event of borrowers untimely demise, and pays any excess to the
borrowers family.
SNMG with Philam Life frees the bereaved family of further financial obligation.

The insurance on the life of a Borrower
automatically terminates if any of the following events
occurs:

3. The outstanding monthly amortization shall be for a maximum of 3 years and must be
covered with post dated checks(executive lot & family legacy only).
4. Cash payments only. In case of check payment, it must be cleared at least three(3) days
prior to interment.
