Lesson Plan 5
Self Evaluation:

Description

As for todays lesson plan, I could say that I am almost satisfied with pupils respond. When I
entered the class, some pupils already take out the colour pencil since I told them to bring it for
todays activity. However, I asked them to put it aside first and look in front. Then, I threw few
question about the previous lesson. Pupils were eager to answer the question. Meanwhile, those
who shut their mouth without giving any respond towards my questions, I picked that particular
pupils to answer the question. Besides, during the reading session, pupils kept on track and
follow my lead. On the other hand, during creating the owl, pupils seemed excited as they
looked at the example that I have done. They were very excited to produce the owl and listen to
my instruction carefully. Yet, some pupils wandered around since they did not bring colour
pencil. They disturbed their friends to borrow the colour pencil.

Feeling

As the pupils listen to my instruction well, I felt satisfied. Especially when I gave them the
instruction to create the owl. They were very focus on the task. However, there were still few
pupils who did not bring the colour pencil even I have already told them in the previous class. It
made me felt a little bit disappointed towards them.

Evaluation

It was a good step for me to remind pupils to bring their own material in the previous class. The
lesson progressed well as most of them have their own material. Based on my view, if pupils

forgot to bring their own material, it would affect others. Usually, they interrupt their friends
work to borrow the material.

Conclusion

In my opinion, it is important to ensure pupils bring the material which is needed for the lesson.
As a teacher, I must ensure that all of them get the information at least a day before.

Action Plan

For the next lesson, I think I should bring extra material for those who forget to bring it. I am
sure the lesson will progress better if all of them have their own material.
