Construction Process:
The Current Construction Plan is that the first two Stories of Retail & Office Spaces, including the preparation of the "TransitionStructure" above the restaurants, will all be in-situ alterations & new construction. Concurrently, while this part of the construction
is taking place, the 3 upper stories of Apartments will be factory built either as "Modular-Units" or as "Panelized" Construction.
This approach will reduce construction time and disruption to the operating businesses and the immediate downtown area.
