C. EVOLUTION OF DESIGN
1. OVERALL CONCEPT
Form Follows Function F.L.W.
Everything about the design shall follow its main design focus which is
sustainability through lighting and wind fenestration in every building form, and even its site
planning shall reflect through the sites sun and wind pattern.
2. PLANNING CONCEPT
The Planning Concept of the proposal shall follow LINEAR FORM. It will still
maintain integration of spaces, and can still receive fair sources from sun and wind while it also
must follow its irregular lot shape.

LINEAR ELEMENTS and GEOMETRIC SHAPES when combined shall form
structures that is simple yet modernist but still follows the general concept of adapting the natural
lighting and ventilation. When combined with Balcony Faade and Louvered Systems, this will form
INTEGRATED BOXES with some spaces overlapping.
